Meda: 2 khaney ke chamach
Cheeni: 2 cup
Pani: 3 cup
Tarkeeb:
Doodh garam karen. Jab ubal aney lage to leemu ka rus dal kar hilayen. 5 minute pakne den ke doodh achi tarha phat jaye. Isey 10 minute thanda hone den. Is doran cheeni or pani pain ma dal kar paka len ke sheera tyar ho jaye. Ab phatey doodh k malmal ke kaprey ma dal kar uper pani dalen ke leemu ka khatta pan nikal jaye. Or phir achi tarha nichor len. Paneer ko bowl ma dal kar is ma meda mix kar ke hath se 7 se 8 minute maslen. Ab chotey balls bana len. Balls ma koi crack na ho warna ras gulley phat jayen ge. Or in ko sheerey ma dal kar dhak kar 10 minute tez aanch per pakayen or phir 5 minute halki aanch per pakne den. Mazedar rasgulla recipe tyar hai. Sheerey se nikal kar thanda kar ke pesh karen.
