Peyaz or tamatar gol gol tukron ma kaat len. Namak, mirch, garam masala or kaali mirch bareek pees kar leemu ke ras ma mila len. Gosht ke hasb-e-mansha chotey chotey tukrey bana len. Is ke baad ek bartan ma ghee daal kar choolhey per rakhen. Is ma pisa huwa garam masala bhoon kar gosht ke tukrey masaley ma rakhne ke baad salaakh ma is tarah paroyen ke ek tukra gosht ka or ek tukra tamatar or peyaz ka lagayen or koylon ki dehakti aag per kashmiri tikka surakh kar ke pakayen.
