Peyaz: 2 adad
Tamatar: 5 se 6 adad
Dahi phenta hua: Ek peyali
Lehsan pisa hua: 2 khaney ke chamach
Lal mirch pisi hui: Ek chamach
Haldi: Ek khaney ka chamach
Garam masala: Pisa hua
Hari mirch: Hasb-e-zaroorat
Safed zeera: Hasb-e-zaroorat
Tez pat: 2 se 3 adad
Cooking oil: Hasb-e-zaroorat

Karahi ma oil ko 4 se 5 minute garam kar ke tez pat dalen. Ek minute bad peyaz dal den or halka sa naram hone tak fry karen.
