Baking powder: Chotahi chaye ka chamach
Tail: 2 khaney ke chamach
In sab cheezon ko mila kar achi tarha atey ki tarha goond len. 5 minute ke liye rakh den. Phir chotey chotey perey bana len.
Sheera banane ke liye:
Cheeni: 2 peyali
Pani: Ek payali
Choti elaichi: 8 adad, daney nikal kar bareek pees len
Tarkeeb:
Cheeni ma pani mila kar hali aanch ma sheera bana len. Jab sheera banne lage to elaichi dal kar tyar kar len. Ek karahi ma ghee garam karen. Ghee takreeban 2 peyali hona chahye ta ke gulab jamun achi tarha taley ja saken. Jab ghee tez garam ho jaye to halki aanch kar ek perey talna shuru kar den. Jab brown ho jayen to nikal kar sheerey ma dal den. Gulab jamun sheerey ma dal kar halki aanch per dum per rakh den. Mazedar gulab jamun recipe tyar hai.
