Ajzaa:
Gajar: Ek kilo (bareek kadoo kash kar len)
Khushk doodh: 3 peyali
Cheeni: 2 peyali
Choti elaichi: 6 adad (2 chamach cheeni ke sath pees len)
Sajane ke liye mewa:
Badaam, pista: 10, 10 adad (garam pani ma bhigo kar chilka utar len or bareek kat len)
Chandi ki waraq: 4 adad
Akhrot ki giri: 8 ya 10 daney (bareek kat len)
Ghee: Ek khana pakane ka chamcha
Tarkeeb:
Gajron ko kadoo kash kar ke bhaap de den or kuchal len. Bilkul khushk kar len. Phir ek degchi ma ghee garam kar ke elaichi dal den. Thori der bad gajren or doodh dal kar ahista ahista bhoonen. Yahan tak ke brown hona shuru ho jaye. Phir cheeni or akhrot dal den. Jab sheera khushk hone lage or taar banne lage to utar kar ek thali ma chiknai laga kar halwa phela den. Uper se mewa dal den or chandi ke waraq se saja den. Mazedar gajar ka halwa tyar hai.
