Ajzaa:

Machli: Adha kili (Beghair kaantey ke tukrey)

Mustard powder: Ek chaye ka chamach

Namak: Hasb-e-zaiqa

Lemon juice: 4 khaney ke chamach

Pisi kaali mirch: Ek khaney ka chamach

Tail: 2 khaney ke chamach

(Machli dho kar uper diye gaye ajzaa se marinate kar len or ek ghante ke liye rakh den)

Meda: Ek cup

Anday: 3 adad (phent len)

Bread crumbs: Ek cup

Tail: Deep frying ke liye

 

Tarkeeb:

Tail garam kar len. Machli ke tukron ko pehle medey, phir anday or bread crumbs ma lapait kar 15 minute ke liye farig ma rakh den. Phir darmeyani aanch per golden brown kar len. Jab golden brown ho jayen to tissue paper per nikal len or sos ke sath pesh karen. Tasty fried fish recipe tyar hai.
