Pani: Hasb-e-zaroorat

Tarkeeb:
Ek bartan ma tail garam karen. Is ma methi ke pattey, adrak lehsan ka paste, pisi laal mirch, pisa dhaniya, pisa zeera, namak, machli masala or garam masala powder daal kar achi tarah bhoon len. Ab katey tamatar daal kar itna bhoonen ke tamatar gal jaye. Phir dahi or tali hui peyaz shamil kar ke mix kar len. Ab machli ke tukrey daal kar mazeed 5 minute paka len. Akhir ma bareek kata hua hara dhaniya or hari mirchen daal den. Chaawlon ko hasb-e-zaroorat namak or pani ke sath teen chothai ubaal len. Ab ek bari degchi ma ek teh ubley huwe chawal ki lagayen. Is per tyar kiya huwa machli masala daal den. Uper bache huwe chaawal daal den. Phir zardey ka rang thorey se pani ma ghol kar phelayen or 15 minute dam per rakh den.
