Qeemey ma peyaz, soya sos, namak or corn flour ko achi tarha milayen. Isey 5 brabar hisson ma takseem kar ke rakh den. Anday khoob phent kar in ma chutki bhar namak milayen. Fry pain ma bilkul thora sa oil garam karen or phentey huwe andon ka paanchwan hissa dal kar jaldi se phela den ke roti ki tarha ho jaye. Jab anda surakh hone lage to nikal kar rakh len. Is tarha andon se 5 rotiyan si bana len. Ab anday ki har roti phela kar is per qeema rakhen or ek kinare se lapet kar roll bana len.
