Lehsan adrak (bareek kata hua): 2 khaney ke chamach

Elaichi powder: Ek khaney ka chamach

Bari elaichi: 6 adad

Jaifal jawetri powder: Ek chothai chaye ka chamach

Zardey ka rang: Ek chothai chaye ka chamach

Kewra: 2 khaney ke chamach

Cheeni: Ek chaye ka chamach

Dahi: Adha kilo

Raita: Serving ke liye

Lal chatni: Serving ke liye

 

Tarkeeb:

Saila chawlon ko dho kar 2 se 3 ghanton ke liye pani ma bhigo den. Is ka bad chawlon ma namak, 5 adad longen, tez pat, 2 adad bari elaichiyan shamil kar ke ubal len.
