Nihari ke liye:
Ek bartan ma ghee garam kar ke adrak lehsan ka paste or chicken dal kar fry karen. Phir is ma pis lal mirch, namak, nihari masala or thora sa pani dal kar ach tarha bhoon len. Is ma 6 cup garam pani shamil karen or dhak kar 30 minute tak pakayen. Meda or gandum ka aata chaan kar thore se pani ma paste bana len.
