Sab se pehle murghi ke tukrey achi tarah se dho kar ek karahi ma beghair pani ke dal den. Sath ma dahi, adrak lehsan, mirch, dhaniya powder, garam masala, namak, tamatar dal kar halki aanch per beghair dhakan dhanpey pakne den.
