Corn flour: 3 khaney ke chamach

Cream of corn: Ek chota tin

Chicken cube mila hua meda: Ek khaney ka chamach

Til ka tail: Chand qatrey

Yakhni: Ek litre (ek peyali yakhni alag rakh len)

Cheeni: Ek chaye ka chamach

Namak: Hasb-e-zaiqa

Anday: 2 adad

Tail: 2 khaney ke chamach

 

Tarkeeb:

Ek bari degchi ma yakhni or cream or corn daal kar halki aanch per pakne den. Jab ubaal aa jaye to meda, cheeni, safed mirch or chicken ke tukrey daal den. Chamach chalate rahen. Jab sab cheezen yak jaan ho jayen to tail daal den. Andon ko halka sa phent kar rakh len. Jab soup peene ke liye tyar karna ho to corn flour ek peyali yakhni ma ghol len or daal den. Lakri ka chamach chalati rahen. Degchi choolhey se utar kar do se teen minute baad andon ko phent kar daal den. Jaldi jaldi chamach chalate huwe dobara choolhey per rakh den. Bare bare tukrey ban jayen ge. Jab anday ke tukrey ban jayen to til ka tail daal kar garm garm peene ke liye pesh karen. Mazedar chicken corn soup recipe tyar hai.
