Lehsan ka paste: Ek khaney ka chamach

Adrak ka paste: Ek khaney ka chamach

Sonf powder: 3 khaney ke chamach

Garam masala powder: Ek khaney ka chamach

Zeera powder: Ek khaney ka chamach

Namak: Derh khaney ka chamach

Aata: 5 khaney ke chamach

Hari mirch: 8 adad

Hara dhaniya: Ek gaddi

Lal mirch: 2 khaney ke chamach (pisi hui)

Haldi: Adha chaye ka chamach

Adrak: 5 khaney ke chamach (kati hui)

Oil: Adha cup

Pani: Hasb-e-zaroorat

 

Tarkeeb:

Tail garam kar ke is ma adrak lehsan paste or gosht ko dus minute fry karen. Phir pisi lal mirch, haldi or namak shamil kar ke 5 minute fry karen.
