Peyaz: Adha pao

Dahi: Adha pao

Tamatar: 3 adad

Lehsan adrak ka paste: Ek khane ka chamach

Namak: Hasb-e-zaiqa

Surakh mirch powder: Ek khaney ka chamach

Dhaniya powder: Ek khaney ka chamach

Haldi powder: Ek chaye ka chamach

Pisa hua garam masala: Adha chaye ka chamach

Hari mirch: 6 adad

Hara dhaniya: Chand pattiyan

Cooking oil: Ek cup

 

Tarkeeb:

Kisi bartan ma oil garma kar ke chokor katey huwe aloo ke tukrey fry kar ke nikal len. Bareek kati hui peyaz isi oil ma bhoonen. Peyaz sunehri hone per keema achi tarah dho kar dal den. 5 minute tak bhoonne ke bad tamam masale or bareek katey huwe tamatar daal kar halki aanch per pakne den or pani bilkul na dalen. 10 se 15 minute ke bad lehsan adrak ka paste dal kar keemey ko 5 minute tak achi tarah bhoonen or dahi bi shamil kar den. Bhoonne ke bad aloo or bareek kati hui hari mirch daal kar 10 minute ke liye dum per rakh den. Mazedar aloo keem recipe tyar hai. Is ke uper sabz dhaniya daal kar khane ke liye pesh karen.
