- Jumping jack yani tangon or bazooun ko kholtey band karte huwe uchalna asi warzish hai jo jism ke tama m azaa ma doran-e-khoon tez kar deti hai. Ye mehaz 20 minute ma 300 calories jala deti hai.
- Burpees, wo warzish jis ma seedhe khare hone ke baad panjon ke bal bethte hain or phir ek dand lagate hain. Is ke baad dobara panjon ke bal bethte hain or phir khare ho kar ek jump lagate hain. Ye warzish 10 minute ma 500 calories jalati hai.
- Jackknife nami warzish ke liye kamar ke bal seedhe let jayen or phir taangon or bazooun ko bek waqt seedhey rakhte huwe uper uthayen or hathon se peron ko chuwen. Ye warzish 20 minute kar ke ap ko 200 calories jala sakte hain.
In teeno exercise ko mila kar karne se ap dino ma motapa kam kar skte hain.
