Ajzaa:
Suji: Ek pao
Ghee: 200 gram
Cheeni: Derh pao
Pani: Derh pao
Pista badaam: Garnish ke liye
Tarkeeb:
Pehle ghee garam kar ke is ma suji ko bhoon len. Phir is ma cheeni or pani dal kar do minute pakayen. Yahan tak ke ek ubal aa jaye. Ab aanch halki kar ke isey 2 se 3 minute ke liye dum per rakh den. Mazedar suji ka halwa tyar hai. Akhir ma pistey or badaam se garnish kar ke serve karen.
