Meda: 2 khane ke chamach

Anday: 3 adad, sirf safedi le len

Kali mirch kutti hui: Adha chaye ka chamach

Ajino moto: Adha chaye ka chamach

Lehsan pisa hua: Ek khane ka chamach

Safed sirka: Ek khane ka chamach

Soya sos: 2 khane ke chamach

Cheeni: Ek chaye ka chamach

Namak: Hasb-e-zaiqa

Tail: Hasb-e-zaroorat

Sab se pehle murghi ke tukron ma lehsan, namak or sirka mila kar adhe ghante ke liye rakh den. Phir ek peyale ma meda, corn flour, andey ki safedi or soya sos waghera achi tarah mila len. Phir ek tukrey ko dabo kar masala achi tarah laga len. Ek karahi ma tail garam karen. Jab tail khoob garam ho jaye to halki aanch per tukron ko deep fry karen.
