Ajzaa:
Safed chaney: Adha Kilo (bhigo den)
Chaat masala: 2 khaney ke chamach
Hara dhaniya: Adhi ghatthi (chopped kar len)
Aloo: 4 se 5 adad (boil kar len)
Hari mirch: 4 adad
Leemu ka ras: 3 khaney ke chamach
Tamatar: 3 se 4 adad
Papdi: Hasb-e-zaroorat
Namak: Hasb-e-zaroorat
Tarkeeb:
Chaney ubal len. Ek peyale ma chaney dal kar is ma leemu ka ras, katey huwey tamatar, ubley aloo, namak, hari mirch, hara dhaniya or chaat masala dal kar achi tarah mix kar len. Uper hasb-e-zaroorat papdi dal den. Mazedar papdi chana chaat tyar ha. Thanda kar ke serve karen.
