Cottage cheese: 2 cup

Peyaz: Ek adad

Adrak: Ek inch ka tukra

Hari mirchen: 4 adad

Haldi powder: Ek chaye ka chamach

Namak: Hasb-e-zaroorat

Lal mirch powder: Hasb-e-zaiqa

Kasuri methi: Ek chaye ka chamach

Hara dhaniya: Hasb-e-zaroorat

Corn flour: Adha se ek cup

Tail: 2 bare chamach

 

Tarkeeb:

Sab se pehle peyaz or hair mirchon ko bareek kat len. Adrak ko bareek koot len. Ek bartan ma cottage cheese dal kar is ma corn flour, peyaz, adrak, hari mirchen, haldi powder, lal mirch powder, namak, kasuri methi or kutra hua bareek hara dhaniya shamil kar ke mix kar len. Ab is mixture ko kuch der ke liye rakh den. Hatheli ko zara sa geela kar ke is mixture ke kabab bna len. Ek plate ma thora sa corn flour len. Kabab ki dono sidon per corn flour lagayen or garam tail ma dal den. Is doran ek plate ma char se panch tissue paper ya sada kaghaz bicha den. Sunehre hone per kabab is ma rakhti jayen.
