Dahi: 2 cup

Peyaz: 4 adad (bareek kati hui)

Hari mirch: 8 adad (bareek kat len)

Adrak paste: 3 khaney ke chamach

Haldi powder: Ek chaye ka chamach

Moong phali ke daney: Ek chothai cup

Hara dhaniya: Ek tahai cup (bareek kat len)

Podeena: Ek tahai cup (bareek kat len)

Suraj makhi ke beej: Ek khaney ka chamach

Garam masala powder: 2 chaye ke chamach

Lemon ka ras: 2 khaney ke chamach

Tail: Talne ke liye

Ghee: 2 tahai cup

Lehsan paste: 3 khaney ke chamach

Khopra: 2 tahai cup

Namak: Hasb-e-zaiqa

Kaju, badam: Ek tahai cup

 

Tarkeeb:

Murghi ke tukrey dho len. Moong phali or suraj makhi ke beej koot len. Dahi ko ek peyale ma phent len. Ek pain ma tail garam kar ke kaju or badam tal kar golden brown kar len. Phir ghee ko garam kar ke peyaz ko fry kar len. Golden hone per adrak lehsan paste dal den. Ek minute bad haldi, namak or hari mirch dal den.
