Ajzaa:

Keema: Ek kilo

Geehun: Adha kilo

Peyaz: Ek adad

Namak: Hasb-e-zaiqa

Adrak lehsan pisa hua: 2 khaney ke chamach

Haldi: Ek chaye ka chamach

Hari mirchen bareek kati hui: 2 adad

Kali mirch pisi hui: Ek khaney ka chamach

Safed zeera: Ek khaney ka chamach

Desi ghee: Adhi peyali

 

Tarkeeb:

Geehun ko dho kar 3 ghanton ke liye garam pani ma bhigo den. Phir degchi ma dal kar is ma haldi or 2 khaney ke chamach ghee dal kar darmeyani aanch per itni der ubalen ke geehun achi tarha ghal jaye. Is ke bad elehda degchi ma bacha hua ghee dal kar darmeyni aanch per 2 se 3 minute halka garam karen or peyaz ko is ma sunehra fry kar len. Is ma adrak lehsan ko halka fry kar ke keema, safed zeera, namak, kali mirch or hari mirchen dal kar achi tarha milayen or halki aanch per khush hone tak pakayen. Geehun ko halka sa blend kar len or keema mila kar halki aanch per dum per rakh den. Mazedar harissa recipe tyar ha. Dish ma nikal kar apni pasand se garnish karen or chapati ya parathon ke sath pesh karen.
