Geehun ko dho kar 3 ghanton ke liye garam pani ma bhigo den. Phir degchi ma dal kar is ma haldi or 2 khaney ke chamach ghee dal kar darmeyani aanch per itni der ubalen ke geehun achi tarha ghal jaye.
