Adrak: Adha chaye ka chamach
Namak: Hasb-e-zaiqa
Dahi: 3 pao
Zeera: 2 chaye ke chamach (bhuna or kuta huwa)
Hara dhaniya: 2 khaney ke chamach
Kali mirch: Ek chothai chaye ka cup
Lal mirch: Adha chaye ka chamach
Kala namak: Adha chaye ka chamach
Chat masala: Ek chaye ka chamach
Tail: Hasb-e-zaroorat

Mash ki dal ko 4 ghante tak bhigoyen or adrak ke sath chopar ma dal ka pees len. Ek karahi ma tail garam karen. Phir is ma tyar mixture ke bhalle bana kar deep fry kar len. Ek peyali ma pani or namak dalen. Ab is ma fry bhalla adha ghanta bhigoyen or daba kar nikal len. Dahi ma namak, zeera, kuta hara dhaniya, kali mirch, lal mirch or kala namak mila kar phent len. Serving dish ma bhalle dalen. Uper se dahi ka mixture phelayen or chat masala chirak den. Mazedar dahi bhalla recipe tyar hai.
