Soya sos: 2 khaney ke chamach

Safed sirka: 2 khaney ke chamach

Shehad: Ek khaney ka chamach

Namak: Hasb-e-zaroorat

Kali mirch pisi hui: Adha chaye ka chamach

Cheeni: Ek chaye ka chamach

Safed mirch pisi hui: Ek chaye ka chamach

Oil: Hasb-e-zaroorat

Chicken cube mila hua meda: Ek khaney ka chamach

Anday: 4 adad (zardi alag phent len)

 

Tarkeeb:

Sab se pehle drumsticks garam pani se dho kar peyale ma dal kar meda, cheeni, sirka, soya sos, shehad, kali mirch, safed mirch or zardi mila kar ek ghante ke liye rakh den. Jab talna ho to andon ki safedi phent kar ek ek drumstick safedi ma dabo kar halki aanch per deep fry kar len. Jab golden brown ho jayen to nikal kar tissue per rakh len ta ke chiknai jazab ho jaye. Mazedar chinese drumsticks tyar hain.
