Ajzaa:

Mughi ka gosht (beghair haddi): 100 gram

Tail: Ek khane ka chamach

Peyaz (slice ki shakal ma kata hua): Ek adad darmeyana siza

Zeera: Adha chaye ka chamach

Lehsan (bareek kata hua): Char panch joye

Chicken stock (yakhni): Char cup

Taza dhaniye ke pattey: Do khane ke chamach (katey huwe)

Namak: Hasb-e-zaiqa

Kaali mirch: 5 ya 6 adad

Baalai: 1/4 cup

Tarkeeb:

Murghi ko gosht ko adha inch ke chokor tukron ma kaat len. Lehsan, sabz dhaniye ke pattey bi kaat len.
