Ajzaa:

Chicken (boneless): Adha kilo

Safed sirka: 2 khaney ke chamach

Soya sos: 2 khaney ke chamach

Namak: Hasb-e-zaiqa

Cheeni: Ek chaye ka chamach

Corn flour: 2 khaney ke chamach

Tail: 2 khaney ke chamach

Adrak lehsan ka paste: Ek khane ka chamach

Peyaz: Ek adad

Tomato sos: Adha cup

Safed mirch pisi hui: Ek chaye ka chamach

Pineapple juice: Adha cup

Pineapple (cubes): 6 adad

Chicken cube mila meda: El khaney ka chamach

 

Tarkeeb:

Pehle chicken ma safed sirka, soya sos, namak, cheeni or ek khane ka chamach corn flour mila kar adhey ghante ke liye rakh den. Ab manchurian plate ya lohey ki plate halki aanch per rakh den ta ke wo achi tarah garam ho jaye. Phir karahi ma tail garam kar ke adrak lehsan ka paste or peya dal kar halka sa bhoon len. Jab peyaz halki gulabi ho jaye to tomato sos, safed mirch or pineapple juice mila kar sos bana len. Ab frying pan ma chicken aster fry kar ke sos ma dal den or thora sa bhoon kar pineapple cubes, chicken cube mila hua meda or ek khaney ka chamach corn flour pani ma ghol kar dal den or jaldi jaldi chamach chalayen.
