Ajzaa:

Chicken: Ek kilo

Makkhan: 5 chahye ke chamach

Dar cheeni: 5 tukrey

Lehsan adrak ka paste: 3 khaney ke chamach

Laal mirch: 2 khaney ke chamach

Baadam pisey huwe: Adha cup

Peyaz bareek kate huwe: 3 cup

Haldi: Ek chaye ka chamach

Namak: Hasb-e-zaiqa

Kewra: Chand katrey

Hari mirchen: 6 adad

Tail: 2 khaney ke chamach

Tez paat: Ek patta

Hari elaichi: 10 adad

Dahi: 4 khaney ke chamach

Javetri powder: Do khaney ke chamach

Long: 5 adad

Cream: 2 cup

Hara dhaniya: Hasb-e-zaroorat

Baadam, kaaju, kishmish (sajawat ke liye): Hasb-e-zaroorat

Makkhan: Talne ke liye

 

Tarkeeb:

Tail or makkhan ko ek pain ma garam kar ke is ma tez paat , dar cheeni, long or elaichi ko kuch der bhoonen. Phir is ma peyaz daal kar kuch der ke liye fry karen.
