Namak: Hasb-e-zaiqa
Adrak: 2 Chaye ke chamach
Lehsan: 2 Chaye ke chamach
Peyaz: Ek adad
Pisi hui laal mirch: Ek chaye ka chamach
Safed zeera (Buna huwa kata huwa): Hasb-e-mansha
Dhaneya (Mota kata huwa): Ek chaye ka chamach
Tamatar: 3 Adad

Karahi ma ye degchi ma oil ko darmeyani aanch per do se teen minute garam karen or peyaz ko halka sa naram hone tak farai karen.
