Garam masala: Adha chaye ka chamach

Dhaniya kuta hua: Ek chothai chaye ka chamach

 

Tarkeeb:

Andey ubal kar rakh len. Pateli ma oil dalen or peyaz halka sa bhoonen. Ab is ma adrak lehsan ka paste, pisi lal mirch, haldi or namak shamil kar ke dahi or tamatar paste ki madad se masala bhoon len.
