Peyaz ko bhoon kar is ma gosht or pisa hua adrak lehsan dalen or us waqat tak bhoontey rahen jab tak gosht ka pani khushk na ho jaye. Namak, mirch mila dahi or tamatar gosht ma dal den or pakne den.
