Raai: 60 gram

Haldi: 60 gram

Sonth: 30 gram

Kalwanji: 30 gram

Methi ke beej: 60 gram

Surkh mirch: 60 gram

Heeng: 6 gram

Sonf: 30 gram

Sarson ka tail: Hasb-e-zaroorat

 

Tarkeeb:

Aamon ko dho kar khushk kar len or in ki char char phanken is tarha se karen ke wo ek tarha se jurri rahen. Phankon se guthliyan nikal kar phenk den.
